🚿 Draining / Filling the Water – There Are TWO Valves
The hot tub is equipped with two drain valves (see photo: valve next to the tub and valve next to the stove).
When filling the tub, make sure both valves are in the closed position (as shown in the photo).
Fill the tub with water to approximately 4/5 of its height.
If you do not plan to use the hot tub the following day:
✅ open both valves
✅ drain all the water from the tub
✅ briefly turn on the air massage and hydromassage system to blow out any remaining water from the pipes
This is especially important during winter.
🔌 Heating Elements on the Drain Valves
Anti-freeze heating elements are installed on the drain valves.
When temperatures drop below freezing, we recommend switching them on approximately 30 minutes before draining the water.
👉 To activate them:
• the power socket is located on the central post of the gazebo, below the light switch
• set the switch to the ON position at the plug located on the right-hand side
The heating elements operate automatically.
🔥 Lighting the Stove (Hot Tub / Sauna)
👉 Never light the stove without water in the hot tub.
✅ Start with the smallest pieces of wood (kindling and thin wood strips)
✅ Gradually add larger logs
✅ Always keep the stove door closed
The last addition of wood is recommended when the water temperature reaches approximately 35°C.
Optimal bathing temperature: 37–39°C
⚡ What to Do in Case of a Power Outage

Make sure the main power switch is in the upper (ON) position.
If there is still no power, please contact the service team.
🚰 What to Do in Case of a Water Failure or Leak
Immediately:
👉 turn off the main water valve located in the bathroom
Then contact the service team.
